All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. Damage to your Computer We make all possible effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. However, we cannot guarantee that use of this website or of any websites accessed through it, will not damage your computer. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage deemed to be a result of using this website. Order Acceptance If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed at the place from which the acceptance e-mail is sent. If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order. No contract will be formed until you receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your order. Deliveries Disclaimer We will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Royal Mail Delivery
For UK deliveries please add £1.50 for the
first pair, for every subsequent pair please add £0.75p.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 10 working days
of receipt of your order. We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries,
therefore if the parcel will not go through the letterbox, and
there is nobody home to receive the goods, you will be left a card,
and the goods will be taken to your nearest post office for you
to collect.
Overseas Delivery
For Europe please add £2.00 for the first pair
and £1.25 for every subsequent pair, and for USA and the rest of
the world please add £2.25
per pair.
Returns Policy If you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. Please return your purchase to us (unworn and in the original condition you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of receipt to:

If you require an alternative garment please make sure to specify which colour and size you would like. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. Please remember to ask for a Proof of Posting certificate when returning goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. These statements do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you decide to swap an item we can't stop the payer knowing.
We do not pay for the return postage of any items.
Suspension of Site We reserve the right to suspend the site at any time to perform essential maintenance, change details and to remove any inaccurate or unauthorised material, and also to terminate your use of the site of you breach any of these terms and conditions. Change of Site Details We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. |
